His practice is focused on representation of families, physicians and founders in estate planning and asset protection planning. He also specializes in probate administration in all Florida counties. 

Mr. Shenkman holds an advanced Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law, a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University in Philadelphia.
