Brian D. Buckstein is an accomplished litigation attorney, concentrating primarily in the areas of labor, employment and business litigation. Since 1997, Mr. Buckstein has spent his entire legal career representing employers, employees, and small-business owners in employment and business-related disputes. While initially trained exclusively as a management-side employment lawyer at the finest employment law firms in the world — Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP and Paul Hastings LLP – Mr. Buckstein has, for the last decade, represented executives, employees, and individuals — as well as management — in employment and litigation disputes.

Mr. Buckstein has tried cases to conclusion for employers and employees before judges, juries, and arbitration panels in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Mississippi, and Texas. Additionally, Mr. Buckstein has prosecuted, defended, and successfully resolved hundreds of cases throughout the country before federal and state courts, arbitration panels, and administrative agencies concerning claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistle-blowing, unpaid compensation and overtime, and breaches of employment and business agreements.

In addition to his active litigation practice, Mr. Buckstein regularly counsels and advises clients to avoid litigation, provides preventative seminars and trainings on employment-related issues, and lectures on workplace related issues.

Mr. Buckstein received his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from New York University in 1994, where he was a Founders Day Award recipient, and his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University in 1997. He is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and New Jersey and before numerous district and appellate courts in New York and Florida. Mr. Buckstein is also a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator and a FINRA-approved arbitrator.

Mr. Buckstein is a resident of Wellington, Florida where he is an active member of Temple Beth Torah and the Wanderers Golf Club. The proud father of two small children, Mr. Buckstein, when not coaching or watching his son play baseball and golf or watching his daughter dance and cheer, enjoys playing golf, tennis, and spending time with his beautiful wife.
