Francisco J. Gonzalez, Esq.

Francisco “Frank” Gonzalez is a real estate and business attorney with more than 25 years of experience.

Earlier in his career Mr. Gonzalez worked with the full-service law firms of Steel Hector & Davis LLP and Akerman Senterfitt. He also served as in-house counsel to a $1 billion corporation based in South Florida.

His clients include Fortune 100 companies and small-to mid-sized businesses from a variety of industries including real estate development, retail, medical, equestrian and telecommunications. He also works with individuals on business and real estate matters.

As a real estate attorney, Mr. Gonzalez handles a wide range of high-end and equestrian residential and commercial purchase and sale transactions. He also represents landlords and tenants in the leasing of commercial retail and office building space.

In addition, Mr. Gonzalez advises clients in the structuring of their business entities, corporate governance and preparation of shareholder, operating and partnership agreements. He takes an active role in counseling business owners in stock and asset sales and purchases.

Mr. Gonzalez received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar.

A leader in the business community, Mr. Gonzalez chaired the Board of Directors of the Central Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce from 2013 through 2014 and continues to serve on the Executive Board.  He also currently serves as a Board member of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, Inc. and is the current Chair of the Board of Governors of Wellington Regional Hospital. He previously served on other charitable boards and is active in the local fundraising and community events and has coached youth sports. Originally from Orlando, he and his family have lived in Wellington since 1997. He speaks Spanish fluently.
