Francisco "Frank" Gonzalez delivers exceptional legal counsel in real estate and business matters, bringing over 30 years of proven expertise to help clients achieve their goals and protect their investments. After serving as in-house counsel to a $1 billion South Florida corporation, Frank honed his practice at large, full-service law firms, developing a well-rounded, business-minded approach that he brings to every client engagement. He represents businesses ranging from small and mid-sized companies to large enterprises, as well as individuals, across a wide range of industries including real estate development, retail, medical, equestrian, and telecommunications.

Real estate is the cornerstone of Frank's practice. He excels in sophisticated residential and commercial transactions, with particular expertise in high-end properties and unique equestrian facilities. His commercial leasing practice provides comprehensive representation for both landlords and tenants across retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties, guiding clients through complex negotiations and lease administration to ensure favorable terms and protect their interests at every stage of the process.

On the business side, Frank serves as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through entity structuring, corporate governance, and the preparation of shareholder, operating, and partnership agreements. Frank earned his Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. A Palm Beach County resident since 1997, Frank is deeply committed to the community he serves. He previously chaired the Board of Directors of the Central Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce and continues to serve on its Executive Board. He previously served on the Board of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County and currently chairs the Board of Governors of Wellington Regional Hospital. Fluent in Spanish and actively involved in local charitable organizations and youth sports, Frank brings both local insight and broad perspective to every client relationship.
